Slack

Connecting NeuBird to your Slack workspace enables alert notifications and incident communication directly in Slack channels. The connection uses OAuth authentication via a Slack App.

  1. Authorize the connection: When prompted in your browser, select the target workspace in the top-left corner, then click Allow to grant NeuBird access.

  2. Sign in: Enter your NeuBird email address and password, then click Continue to finalize authentication.

Once connected, you can interact with NeuBird directly from your Slack workspace.

View all commands: In any channel where NeuBird is connected, type /NeuBird and press Enter to see the full list of available commands.

Note

Before setting a project globally, first view the list of available projects and choose one to set.

  • To see the list of all projects available in your NeuBird account:

    Terminal window
    /NeuBird list Projects

    Slack list projects result

  • To set a project globally, use /NeuBird set global-project <project_name>. This limits NeuBird to display incidents only for the specified project.

    Example:

    /NeuBird set global-project Kroger
