IBM Cloud Logs
Connecting NeuBird to your IBM Cloud Logs account enables real-time log monitoring and alerting. You will need an API Key and a Log Endpoint URL from your IBM Cloud account.
1. Create an API Key
Section titled “1. Create an API Key”To create an IBM Cloud API key, follow the first step in the IBM connection guide.
2. Retrieve the Log Endpoint URL
Section titled “2. Retrieve the Log Endpoint URL”From the IBM Cloud dashboard, navigate to Observability > Logging.

Select the logging instance you want to connect, or click the Dashboard button.
The instance overview page shows a summary of your logging instance, including recent log activity, configuration details, and quick access buttons. On this page:

Click Dashboard — opens the main view for your logging instance.

Click Explore Logs — opens a page where you can browse and filter your logs in detail.

Click Logs — loads the log viewer showing individual log entries.

Copy the URL from your browser — this is your Log Endpoint URL.

Tip
Make sure you copy the full URL from the browser’s address bar, as this is required for the integration to work correctly.
